Managing Director, Next Level Fund
Alice Vilma is a Managing Director and Co‐Portfolio Manager of the Next Level Fund, an early‐stage venture fund investing in tech and tech‐enabled startups where capital has been historically underinvested. Prior to the Next Level Fund, Ms. Vilma served as the Co‐Head of the Multicultural Client Strategy Group at Morgan Stanley, where in 2017 she launched the Firm’s first in‐house accelerator investing in early‐stage tech and tech‐enabled startups with diverse founding teams.
Ms. Vilma has been with Morgan Stanley for nearly 20 years and has had different roles across the Firm. She has 25 years of investment banking, capital markets, structured finance and investing experience, executing over $25Bn of securitization, structured finance and equity transactions. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami and received her MBA from the Harvard Business School. She serves on the boards of Freefrom, the New York Road Runners, The Arnold Gold Foundation, the School of American Ballet and is a Leadership Fellow of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
