Angela V. Harris is the Founder and CEO of 2638 Management Group, a leadership development and coaching firm dedicated to elevating Black women leaders and advancing inclusive workplace cultures. A breast cancer and workplace trauma survivor, Angela’s journey fuels her passion for creating safe spaces for Black women to heal, grow, and lead with confidence.

With over two decades of experience, Angela has coached mid-career to senior-level professionals, guiding them through the complexities of the corporate landscape, while ensuring they feel valued, recognized, and positioned for career advancement. She holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and was recognized as one of the Top Coaches in Washington, DC by Influence Digest.

Angela is competing as Ms. Washington, DC in the 2025 Ms. Corporate America Competition, where her platform, AcceleratHER, is driving change to close the tech talent gap for Black women. She is also the host of the F.L.O.W. (Fearlessly Leading Our Way) Podcast, amplifying the voices of Black women leaders. A dedicated mentor and champion, Angela established a scholarship at Drexel University to support Black students pursuing careers in technology.
