Aster Angagaw is a global executive with over 25 years of experience leading transformative growth in Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, services, and technology. She most recently served as Vice President at Amazon Business, where she led a multi-billion-dollar business focused on small to large enterprise customers and drove enterprise-level digital transformation.

Previously, Aster was President of ServiceMaster Brands, where she led a successful strategic turnaround that culminated in the company’s sale to a private equity firm. Earlier, as CEO of Healthcare North America at Sodexo, she managed one of the largest healthcare services portfolios in the U.S. and Canada, delivering operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Aster has served on the boards of publicly traded companies Owens & Minor (NYSE: OMI) and Lucid Diagnostics (NASDAQ: LUCD). She served as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee, contributing her expertise in corporate strategy, leadership succession, and financial oversight.

Aster holds an Executive MBA from Temple University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. A recognized thought leader and advocate for inclusive leadership, she is also the author of We Are So Much More, a book that empowers women to integrate purpose and performance at every leadership level.
