Bert Bruce is the US President, Rare Disease at Pfizer, Inc. where he is responsible for commercialization of a multibillion-dollar portfolio of medicines for Rare Cardiology, Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Disease, Endocrine and Metabolic diseases, and preparation for a future potential portfolio of medicines.
Mr. Bruce actively serves as enterprise chair of the Pfizer Global Black Community, where he has plays a leading role in helping all colleagues be seen, heard and respected for who they are, and has aided Pfizer in responding to issues of racial inequities.
Mr. Bruce also serves on the boards of Life Sciences PA, and Bold Hope, Inc., on the Sidney Kimmel Medical Center Dean’s Advisory Council, on the Medical Advisory Board of 3D Systems and the Business Advisory Board of Eastern University.
Mr. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science from Eastern University and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife and has three children.
