Chanel H. Frazier is the Founder and CEO of CHF Ventures, a strategic advisory firm that helps entrepreneurs, founders, and executives build and scale impactful businesses. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she provides strategic guidance on growth and innovation.
Most recently, Ms. Frazier was a Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), where she led the Atlanta business, overseeing 800 professionals managing $3 trillion of the firm’s assets under management. She also served as Global Head of Business Strategy for BlackRock’s $4 trillion Portfolio Management Group. Additionally, she was a member of BlackRock’s Global Operating Committee, Investment and Trading Oversight Committee, and Global Human Capital Committee.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, the University of Virginia School of Law, and NYU School of Law, Ms. Frazier previously held key roles at PwC and Schulte Roth & Zabel. She serves on the boards of the Woodruff Arts Center, the Carter Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Agnes Scott College.
