Since 2016, Dr. Candace Steele Flippin has been a Research Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. As an engaged scholar, Dr. Steele Flippin is the author of the best-selling book Generation Z in the Workplace and Millennials in the Workplace.

Her new bestselling book Get Your Career in SHAPE, released in March 2022, was based on her popular TEDx Memphis Talk, What Women Really Want… at Work.

Dr. Steele Flippin applies her unique background as a communications executive and management scholar to provide practical career insights on accelerating the leadership development of women and the future of the multigenerational workplace. Dr. Candace Steele Flippin serves on the board of directors of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, The Woodruff Arts Center, the Board of Councilors of The Carter Center, and the Advisory Board of CulTRUE. She earned her Doctor of Management from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and her BA from the University of Michigan.
