Dr. Tiffany Dotson SVP, Chief Learning Officer Liberty Mutual Insurance Dr. Tiffany Dotson is a highly accomplished Talent, Learning, and Leadership Development professional with over three decades of experience in shaping employee cultures to drive business growth. Currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance responsible for the strategic direction for developing the talent pipeline. She leads various global initiatives including learning innovation, C-Suite succession development, executive and leader development, culture transformation, career development, business acumen, knowledge management, learning technology & operations and measurement.
Dr. Dotson led and implemented Liberty’s first flagship leadership development program that empowered 7,500 leaders to create engaging and inclusive environments, resulting in a remarkable 35% increase in employee manager sentiment. Additionally, Dr. Dotson pioneered the adoption of a company-wide digital learning infrastructure, leveraging various learning modalities including artificial intelligence, mobile, virtual reality and gamification to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Dr. Dotson’s career spans leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer, United Airlines, and CVS. She actively contributes to the learning and development industry as a sought-after guest speaker, accomplished author and esteemed board member for the Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.
Furthermore, she’s an adjunct professor of Executive Development at Columbia University in New York City, where she earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Dotson is actively involved in her community, mentoring young individuals in workplace etiquette and social skills. She is a fragrance enthusiast, enjoys learning history, international travel, horseback riding, salsa dancing and photography. Her upcoming book, “Live a Life of Significance…evolve beyond success,” is scheduled for publication in 2025.
