As Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and People Analytics for Mercedes-Benz USA, Erica J. Bolden designs talent management and community outreach initiatives to strengthen Mercedes-Benz Group AG’s global DEI commitment. This includes structuring North America’s employee engagement, data analysis, multicultural marketing, and philanthropic initiatives to align with overarching inclusion, community, and corporate citizenship plans.
Erica serves on various committees and boards including American Council on Germany’s German American Working Group on DEI, CNBC Workforce Executive Council, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Diversity & Inclusion Council, and Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels Atlanta.
Most recently, she was honored with National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) 2024 Diversity Advocacy award; featured in Savoy Magazine’s list of 2023 Most Influential Executives in D&I; recognized in ELLE Magazine as a 2021 Empowered Women honoree; and presented the 2020 Diversity Leadership in Action Award by Career Mastered Magazine.
Erica is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she earned a B.A. in Speech Communications and a B.A. in Spanish.
