She has held senior executive roles at iconic brands including Donna Karan Collection (previously owned by LVMH), Alexander Wang, and Lela Rose, where she led wholesale, global distribution, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise in brand development and business growth has positioned her as a force for transformation in the industry.
As Executive Director and Co-founder of RAISEfashion, a nonprofit advancing equity in fashion, Felita has built platforms that empower emerging talent through mentorship, masterclasses, and HBCU internship programs. She has produced landmark events like NYFW previews, spotlighting BIPOC designers and reshaping access and opportunity within the industry.
Felita is also CEO of Felita Harris Consultancy, where she delivers strategic guidance to leading fashion and retail organizations. Her work has driven innovation and cultivated high-impact partnerships with global companies including LVMH, Tapestry, Mastercard, Mastercard Priceless, and Amazon, bridging corporate power with meaningful social impact.
