With a background spanning executive coaching, leadership development, information technology, and organizational transformation, Freddi partners with senior leaders across corporate, federal, academic, and nonprofit sectors—including Fortune 100 companies—to strengthen leadership, enhance collaboration, and drive sustainable performance. She has earned executive certifications from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, Cornell University, and the Cultural Intelligence Center, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems & Science. Freddi serves on several boards, volunteers with organizations focused on education and career readiness, and enjoys cycling, photography, painting, and writing.
