Jesma Johnson is a strategic and passionate leader who champions inclusion initiatives across the organization. As Senior Director Global DEI at Colgate-Palmolive, she drives the development and implementation of an Inclusion Strategy designed to cultivate a culture of belonging, contribute to measurable business growth, and strengthen talent acquisition and retention. She equips business leaders with the tools and insights necessary to advance inclusion initiatives and forges strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to amplify the impact of these initiatives.
Prior to her current role, Jesma held the position of Senior Director Global Learning. In this role, Jesma partnered and consulted with business leaders to identify and develop high impact learning solutions designed to help evolve organizational capabilities and enhance employees’ performance.
Jesma began her journey at Colgate as an HR Manager in Global Research and Development and has since excelled in numerous roles, notably as an HR Business Partner. During her career at Colgate-Palmolive, Jesma has spearheaded impactful initiatives that boosted employee performance and broadened learning opportunities, all while fostering an inclusive environment. By working closely with leaders, she has strategically prepared a skilled, future-ready workforce.
