Jessica Faith is a StormTeam4 meteorologist whose forecasts can be seen during the weekend editions of News4 at 6 and News4 at 11 and throughout the week on NBC4 and its streaming platforms.
Prior to joining NBC4 in 2023, Faith worked at WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh, PA, where she was the first Black female TV meteorologist in the city’s history. She also worked at WAFF-TV in Huntsville, AL and KLTV-TV in Tyler, TX. At both of those stations, Faith honed her skills at forecasting severe weather, including heat waves and hurricanes.
Originally from Alabama, Faith graduated from Alabama A&M University with a degree in communications. She also completed the broadcast meteorology program at Mississippi State University, where she was awarded Best Meteorologist for the school’s television newscast.
Jessica earned the prestigious National Weather Association Seal of Approval. She is also an active member of the American Meteorological Society, and the National Association of Black Journalists’ Weather and Climate Task Force.
Faith and her husband are happy to be living in his native Prince George’s County.
