Green earned an MBA from the University of Oxford Said School of Business, a MPA degree from Harvard Kennedy School, M.S. degree from Columbia University and a B.A. degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina – Aiken, where he serves as Vice President of the Student Body, played on the soccer team and received the athlete MVP award for his Cross-country performance during his senior year.
