Nashunda Jewels Williams

Nashunda Williams is head of Global Head of Culture and Employee Experience for JLL, leading the evolution and implementation of the company’s DEI strategy since 2022. Her work is rooted in identifying the comprehensive actions that help JLL provide environments where all employees feel they belong; creating a company culture of which employees can be proud and enabling higher performing teams.

Since joining JLL in 2015, Nashunda has held several strategic technology partner roles across the enterprise, including within JLL’s Work Dynamics and Markets business lines. She has contributed to many of the leading technology offerings JLL has launched within the industry and has championed the company’s work in grounding business principles steered by creativity and innovation.

Additionally, she has also been deeply involved in the growth of the company’s Business Resource Groups (BRG), which are open to all employees, and help further an environment of learning and innovation.

Before joining JLL, Nashunda worked as a technology manager at Allstate, which included leading the Allstate Center for Assistive Technology, ensuring all employees have access to diverse accommodations to ensure an ideal work environment. Nashunda’s passion for culture and leadership also saw her conduct workshops for the Emerging Leader Program as well as being part of a transformative culture at Allstate.

Nashunda holds a degree in Information Systems from Howard University and is a certified SCRUM Master. She is based in Chicago, has three children and enjoys reading in her spare time.
