Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Nina Bowman is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Mariswood Group LLC, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development services firm that serves senior and C-level executives. She helps leaders chart a course for their development and guides their efforts toward impactful leadership.
Prior to founding Mariswood, Nina was a Managing Partner with Paravis Partners, a leadership development services firm. She was also a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International where she specialized in the recruitment and assessment of senior-level executives. Nina spent several years as a strategy consultant for Accenture and a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for a high growth consultancy.
She is a contributing author to the Harvard Business Review Guide to Coaching Employees and the Harvard Business Review Guide to Thinking Strategically. Nina is also a LinkedIn Learning Instructor. Her course, Coaching Your Team to Think and Act Strategically is used by leaders across the globe. She is a frequent writer and speaker on topics related to career management and leadership.
Nina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an A.B. in Economics from Brown University, and a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. She resides in the Boston area.
