Quentin Roach is Chief Procurement Officer for the Estee Lauder Companies leading oversight of productivity & working capital improvement initiatives; sustainability & innovation programs and Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity across the global value chain and enterprise-wide expenditures. Prior to joining Estee Lauder, he served as a catalyst for transformation, innovation and growth through senior level executive positions in Sale & Marketing, Business Development, Sourcing & Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, Global Real Estate, Manufacturing Operations, Workplace & Enterprise Services and Engineering in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods/products, medical device, academia and automotive industries with General Motors Corporation, Delphi Corporation, Strong Health/The University of Rochester, Bausch & Lomb, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck & Co., Inc. and Mondelez International.

He currently serves on the board of directors for US Foods, Inc. and is Chairman of Board for the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc. His past board and organization leadership included: the Executive Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers, the Education Committee of The Franklin Institute, the Executive Leadership Council, SCM World – a Gartner Company, United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Columbia University’s Deming Center, Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey College of Business, the National Black MBA Association, and The Garth Fagan Dance Company.

He has been recognized as a “Top 10 Most Inspiring Leader” by Executive 50, “Exemplary Corporate Leadership Award” by 100 Black Men of America, “Outstanding Men for Women’s Business” by Women’s Enterprise USA, and “Top 100 Global Ethnic Minority Leaders” by The Financial Times & Yahoo! Finance.

Quentin holds a Master of Science from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, and has completed executive development work at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
