Robin Glover

Robin Glover is the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation for Salesforce where she leads a team responsible for developing and delivering on the Enterprise strategy for profitable growth and scale. She is responsible for creating strategies for change, aligning cross functional leaders, and implementing sustainable solutions that are adopted across the organization.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Robin spent 13 years at Deloitte where she served Fortune 100 clients in transforming their processes, operating models, and technology to drive operational excellence. Her global clients spanned across financial services, technology, and life sciences industries. Her foundational skillset in finance was developed in the General Electric financial management program.

Robin is a Chicago Urban League Impact Fellow and serves on the board of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. She holds a BS in Finance from Babson College and an MBA in Strategy and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Robin resides in the Chicago area, with her husband and two children.
