Tamla Olivier is the Chief Operating Officer for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula, and Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland.
Olivier and team are responsible for the overall operations for the three utilities, including Electric and Gas Operations, Projects and Contracts, Support Services and Transmission and Substation functions.
Prior to transitioning to her role at Pepco Holdings, Olivier served as the senior vice president of Customer Operations and Chief Customer Officer at BGE. In this role, Olivier leveraged relationships across Exelon’s utilities to develop a strategy to provide equitable access to programs and services for customers and communities in the region. Her team focused on creating value for every customer segment, stakeholders, and employees.
Olivier serves on the Board of Directors of Century Aluminum. She is a MedStar Health board member and also serves on the Quality, Safety & Professional Affairs (QSPAC) Committee and Finance Committee. She is a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington.
Olivier is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
