Tracy S. Harris is the Chief Financial Officer of Arabella Advisors and an accomplished financial executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Harris received a M.B.A from St. Louis University, a M.P.A from University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Marketing from Fontbonne University. She also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Harris has an extensive history of helping highly regulated corporations, government entities, and non-profit organizations accelerate growth, enhance profitability, achieve business objectives, and mitigate risk. She holds certifications in cybersecurity and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), underscoring her commitment to integrating advanced security measures and sustainable practices into financial management.
Harris chairs the Audit Committee at Bally’s Corporation, showcasing her financial oversight and governance expertise. She has been active on several boards across various industries, including venture capital, private equity, health and wellness, real estate, insurance, financial services, and retail. She is a Board Member for CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and the publicly traded 1847 Holdings LLC. Additionally, she is a Trustee for the District of Columbia Retirement Board, appointed by the mayor. Harris also serves on the Board of the Council of Institutional Investors and was recently appointed to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Investor Advisory Group.
