Yunice J. Emir is a dynamic marketing communications and corporate social responsibility executive with over 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, stakeholder management, community partnerships, and strategy development. Currently, she serves as the head of corporate communications at Moët Hennessy USA, the luxury wines and spirits division of LVMH.
Credibly and charismatically, known as “the connect,” Yunice is an optimistic visionary and the driving force behind The Conn3ct Group—a brand and reputation think tank dedicated to inspiring, elevating, and protecting corporate and personal brands. Fueled by her passion and an instinctive ability to empower leaders, Yunice founded The Conn3ct Group to help individuals identify, embrace, and amplify their unique superpowers to propel them to greater heights.

Prior to joining MHUSA, Yunice worked at The Coca-Cola Company for nearly 10 years where she led the company’s disaster relief, board placement, and youth empowerment giving strategies for its North America Operating Unit. Her tenure at The Coca-Cola Company included managing PR and communications for some of the company’s most popular brand and marketing initiatives, including Share a Coke, Sprite 6 Mix by LeBron James, Sprite Obey Your Verse, and Coke Pay It Forward.
In addition to her corporate contributions, Yunice holds licenses as a real estate salesperson in Georgia and New York—championing a love-centric lifestyle that encourages people to “live in love and love where you live.” Yunice is an active member of the Pi Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, ColorComm, National Black MBA Association New York chapter and sits on the Meals on Wheels Atlanta Young Professionals board. She is one of Luxury Roundtable’s 2025 Luxury Women Leaders to Watch and an inaugural member of ESSENCE Magazine’s Power 40—showcasing the 40 most influential power players in business.
